Offering the latest equipments and experts on information media and fabrication, as well as and with guests coming from inside and outside the university to give lectures and host workshops, the Art Media Center at Tokyo University of the Arts is a place where people encounter art, technology and research. As we look back on the last twenty years of the center at developments and changes, and forward toward the future, in a world that changes wildly every day, our art event N/O/W/H/E/R/E (NO-WHERE, NOW-HERE) is curated to amplify the works and research outputs of students, researchers, and artists here offering up new trends, ideas, plans, intentions and creativity. In these unknown times engulfed and created by new media, what will happen to art, and is this is a chance for art to transform? This is an opportunity for all of us to together think about media and art that expanding in unknown ways.
